Global Advocacy for Gynecologic Cancers
Our Vision
HaBait Shel Bar leads international advocacy by connecting patient organizations, clinicians, researchers, and policymakers. We convene, co-author, and catalyze action—translating lived experience into policy, guidelines, and programs that save lives.
What We Do?
As the first and only organization in Israel dedicated exclusively to gynecological cancers, we uniquely represent the interests of female patients before policymakers.
HaBait Shel Bar adopts a holistic approach to female cancers, integrating diverse perspectives:
- Coalitions & Policy: Founding and steering global alliances to put women’s cancers on national, regional, and UN agendas.
-
Evidence & Insight: Advancing real-world evidence (RWE) and patient-reported outcomes to close data gaps and inform decisions.
-
Guidelines & Standards: Contributing patient perspectives to international clinical guidelines and quality frameworks.
- Pulic Awareness: Campaigns, media, podcasts, and keynotes that combat stigma and drive uptake of prevention and screening.
Signature Initiatives & Roles
-
Global Task Force on Endometrial Cancer (multistakeholder drive to elevate EC as a global health priority).
-
World HPV Patient Advocacy Coalition (HPV WPAC)—a unified civil-society voice for HPV elimination.
-
